The coaching allowed me to reflect on my own approach to situations and problems and see them from a completely different angle. Katy used questions to probe the barriers of my thought processes and recommended various techniques and authors to improve my ability to challenge myself and elevate to a higher level of mindfulness and insight. We are shaped by our experiences and therefore, it is difficult to veer away from our own established behaviours, but Katy made me think about these in a different way that improved my day-to-day relationships. I would recommend coaching with Katy to anyone and I will still continue to work with her as there is always more room for personal development. Katy is approachable, kind and understanding which is essential to make you feel comfortable.
